The room at Thirley Cotes Farm Cottages was cozy and welcoming, making me feel right at home after a long day exploring Scarborough. It had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. It was a perfect place to unwind and make some delicious meals.
Personally, I found the kitchen to be a bit small, but hey, not everyone needs a huge cooking space, right?

Great location near Scarborough and convenience shops. The cottage was spacious and well-equipped, with a large kitchen and dining area. The garden was lovely and had a hot tub. The property was clean and well-maintained.
The beds were too small and not what we were expecting.

We had a fantastic stay at this farm cottage. The spacious lounge, dining, and kitchen areas were perfect for our group of 8 people and 2 dogs. The cottage was well-equipped, allowing us to cook delicious meals and enjoy them either in the garden or in the dining area. The smart TV with integrated Netflix was a great addition, and the 2 en-suite bathrooms and main bathroom provided plenty of convenience. The garden was spacious and accommodated a hot tub, large table and chairs, and even a paddling pool for the children. The location on a quiet farm allowed for peaceful walks and outdoor activities, while still being within easy driving distance of Scarborough and local shops. The owners were responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
No negatives.

What a stunning place! From the moment I arrived at Thirley Cotes Farm Cottages, I was blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the surroundings. The cottages themselves were absolutely gorgeous, with tasteful and cozy decor that made me feel right at home. The patio and garden area were meticulously clean and well-maintained, providing a perfect spot to relax and take in the breathtaking views. And let's not forget the hot tub, which was a total dream after a day of exploring. It was the ultimate way to unwind and soothe my tired muscles. The attention to detail in the cottages was exceptional, with everything I could ever need provided, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfy beds for a restful sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like milk, bread, biscuits, and jam that were waiting for me upon arrival. It's clear that the staff at Thirley Cotes Farm Cottages truly care about their guests' comfort and enjoyment.
If I had to nitpick, I would say that the pillows in Walnut Cottage were a bit thin for my liking. I prefer plump pillows for a more luxurious sleep experience.
